Meet the Heart of Castleview, Pastor Tate & Debbie Throndson
With over 25 years of ministry, Pastor Tate and Debbie Throndson have led Castleview since its founding in 2008. Now, as empty nesters, Debbie reignites her nursing career while mentoring women, while Tate finds solace in outdoor pursuits like hiking and golf. Despite their travels, their hearts remain devoted to shepherding the Castleview congregation in Castle Rock.

Christian Lewis joined the Castleview team in the summer of 2022 and leads our youth and music ministries. Before that he worked at a church in his hometown in Alabama. Christian has a heart for the teens and schools in Castle Rock and the surrounding areas! He enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, or just taking a joy ride on his motorcycle. But he may be most known for his love of Alabama football. 

Assistant Pastor Johnny Rasmussen brings invaluable support to Castleview Baptist Church, complementing Pastor Tate Throndson's leadership. With a heart for service and ministry, Johnny assists in various pastoral duties and outreach programs. Outside of church, Johnny enjoys spending time with his family, exploring nature, and engaging in community service projects, embodying the church's commitment to compassionate service and spiritual growth.
